As Coach:
Confident and enthusiastic, Lehmann is looking forward to the challenge, but in reality there is tremendous confusion. He will provide the required stability, but there will be just a lot of work to get done in a very short span of time, hence he will feel the pressure. There are expectations that Lehmann needs to live up to and this will cause him to take some risks which will pay off but in parts. The right team combinations will be worked out and harmony will be there, but it is going to be a tough task.
His equations with players will be comfortable at first, only for it to dip in the middle of the series. All his ideas may not be met with approval, but Lehmann will be forced to implement these changes. The team will understand this as it will be quite apparent that he does have the team's best interests at heart.
Tarot Tip: Trying to implement all changes at once and deal with all issues at the same time will only burden him further. Lehmann needs to either delegate responsibilities better or just deal with changes/issues one at a time. Multiple multi-tasking may not be the wisest route.
